How to maximize your health this summer

    • Why?- Watermelon is Rich in Lycopene. Lycopene naturally decreases redness and swelling caused by UV light and can actually help sunscreen work better! The rinds are great for inflammation and you can actually rub the rind directly on your skin to decrease inflammation.

  2. Try out Cryotherapy-
